"There are a multitude of areas where Kelly has brought significant value to MEDai and myself. For me personally, her guidance in helping management to develop survival strategies during and after our last COO tenure is what has made MEDai successful and provided the foundation for us to advance from a 3 million dollar business to one with a 45 million valuation today."

Director Review
"It's been a year since we first engaged Project Knowledge to train our management team on project management best practices. With Kelly's assistance, CCC is proud to announce that it has received 40 Project Management Professional certifications of the 40 students taking the class within a six-month window. Our selection process focused on the application of the concepts and not testing strategies. Kelly's experience, teaching style, knowledge and coaching abilities have turned the theory of project management into a reality here at CCC. This is evidenced by our acceleration of CMM's Project Management and Tracking & Oversight key process area training, improve status reporting of 100% of our market releases as well as increased compliance of project management policies. "As a result of Kelly's class, there is a renewed commitment to professional project management."
Al Castaneda, Director of Project Office for CCC Information Service, Inc., Chicago IL
Supervisor Review
"I was a participant in Kelly's Project Knowledge class in Chicago. I am employed with We Energies and was given the opportunity to develop a Customer Service Conference for 800 people. I used Kelly's project management tools to organize this conference. Well, thanks to her and her talents as an instructor...What a success!!
"We have had 2 conferences with very few incidents and many compliments – including a congratulations from my Vice President and the Directors of Customer Services. "I thank Kelly for taking complicated processes and breaking them down into segments to make each step clear. She explained why before each step, which helped me understand. I find myself breaking down projects at home and work with steps, timelines and probable events. "Again, Kelly has a gift to engage participants; to explain these processes in a way that is clear and manageable. She is amazing."
